An article in today’s Miami Herald should be welcome news for all of you who have been waiting for something to happen with the ongoing Bimini research!

After a group of “unidentified archaeologists” leaked a story on December 16th that they had discovered Atlantis in an “undisclosed location” the Virginia-based A.R.E. group apparently decided it was time to call in some help before a group of unknowns steal their thunder. According to the Miami Herald, Gainesville-based Global Underwater Explorers has been hired by A.R.E. to “uncover evidence of the Lost Continent of Atlantis.” Now that’s what I call laying all your cards on the table!
