Graham Hancock is one of the pioneers in the "lost civilization" theory and the author of several classics on the subject, including Heaven's Mirror and Underworld. Hancock has also produced an excellent 3-tape VHS documentary titled The Quest for the Lost Civilization but it appears to unavailable at Amazon. As an alternative, try the 2-DVD set Monuments to Life which Hancock did with author Robert Bauval.
Satellite Discoveries is one of those truly great uses of technology that comes along every now and then! The staff at SD is dedicated to analyzing satellite images for the purpose of archaeological discovery and some of the images posted on their Web site are mind-boggling. Check out their January 6, 2006 News Release about the unusual lines on the ocean floor near MEGA to see why SD might just be one of the most valuable archaeological tools available today.

Earthfiles characterizes itself as a crossroads where experts, eyewitnesses and viewers meet to share the latest updates in earth and astronomical mysteries. Earthfiles reporter and editor, Linda Moulton Howe, is an Emmy Award-winning TV producer and investigative reporter. This site received an Encyclopaedia Britannica award for internet excellence in June 2000 and the WebAward for Standard of Excellence in 2003.
The Eden site covers a lot of ground, as does Collins' annual Questing Conferences. The next meeting, to be held on October 28, 2006, lists its topics as "ancient astronomies, megalithic Britain, the cosmic origins of shamanism, 2012 and the Giza's secrets reveled." Collins has also authored a number of articles on Atlantis and he has suggested that the 'lost city of Cuba' might actually be Atlantis.
After twenty years of investigation, Professor Ivar Zap and George Erikson have concluded that the star temples of the Olmec and Maya, and images of bearded and Negroid inhabitants, are vestiges of an earlier civilization.
Team Leader Michael Arbuthnot appeared as archaeologist on the Discovery Channel special entitled "James Cameron's Last Mysteries of the Titanic". Michael and his team have also explored the famous underwater "monument" at Yonaguni (Japan).
Systems
Global Marine Systems Limited is a marine technology and engineering company that specializes in the maintenance of submarine telecom cables. Their highly sophisticated ships are equipped with submersibles (ROVs) capable of working at depths of 2000 meters (6000+ feet) that could be used to explore the MEGA site.
The Megalithic Portal is an excellent clearing house for all things megalithic. The site focuses on land-based sites, primarily in the U.K. and northern Europe, but it's soliciting articles, photos, etc. from other parts of the world.
